Travel Information and Our Health and Safety Measures

We are closely monitoring the recommended government measures regarding the COVID-19 cases and following guidelines from the government and local public health. All SoHo Residences team members will continue to wear face masks as a precaution and choice of the Residences.
Our Cancellation Policy:
In response to these changing conditions, SoHo Residences Apartment Hotels is committed to ensuring our guests experience flexibility during these challenging times.
- For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
- For guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel providers are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
- For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Our Commitment to Cleanliness:
We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously, and we are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and team members. SoHo Residences Apartment Hotels is working to ensure that we meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19 and other viruses, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guestroom and common area cleaning procedures.
During Your Stay:
Guests at our Ottawa locations will be provided with a lockbox number and combination one day prior to arrival. Payment will be processed 1-2 days prior to arrival. Upon arrival, guests will access their assigned lockbox in the vestibule of the property, which contains their room keys, building fobs, parking pass/remote, welcome letter and information regarding COVID-19 procedures (including all contact information for assistance).
Guests at our Toronto location will check-in at The SoHo Hotel where they will receive information and their room key fobs for their stay.
Regular housekeeping services have resumed and are available to guests at all our properties. Should our guests require any additional assistance or requests, please contact us directly.
